Probably a silly question... my first year licence has expired, I dont want to use a monthly payment, if I buy a new one year license from PC world, can that be applied to my account

Not sure what you are asking.

The Adobe Subscription model has an Auto Renewal system, as long as the payment method is the same, where on the day your subscription end it Automatically get Renewed.

I have no idea what or if PC World is selling one year subscriptions, Paid in full for one year, of Adobe software.

For some plans Adobe itself offers a one time payment for a yearly subscription. If it were me I would buy directly from Adobe and not PC World.
