i ask you about the licensing of a standard company creative cloud
i read that is possibile to install on 2 computer in the case that the user is the same for both (our example, one fixed computer and one notebook)
is this true?

yes.
you can actually install on an unlimited number of computers. you're not supposed to use both at any one instant (though i'm not sure what that means) and you can only sign-in (and therefore start adobe programs) on, at most, two computers at any time (though that's not significant for internet connected computers).
