Lightroom and PS says I don't meet the minimum requirements

I have been trying to install Lightroom Classic onto a second computer but it says I don't meet the minimum requirements when I very clearly do (it doesn't say what requirements I am not meeting either). I have a Ryzen 5 5500, RTX 2060, and 16GB of RAM. I'm running Windows 10 22H2, I have over 250GB of space free, and a 1440p display, all of which meet or exceed the minimums listed on the system requirements page. I only have one other computer where any Adobe apps are installed so there should be no reason why I can't add it to this one as well.

I'm trying to install the latest version of Lightroom Classic, but it says the same for Photoshop and standard Lightroom.

Ah, looks like it. I forgot I was on Opera and downloading from Edge fixed the issue. Thanks!
