It won't download to my new MacBook Pro. Do Other apps did fine. Do I need to delete Adobe cloud from my old computer?
restart your computer and retry installing.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Thank you! I think it was just that the other apps were updating. It is now installed.
And thanks for the posting location advice. I agree. It is difficult to navigate what seem like obvious issues to troubleshoot using Adobe's forum.
We understand this is not ideal. If the app stays in waiting status, there is a probablity that there is some other app under download or update status. Have you checked that?
