lightroom files will not extract?

Hi,

I am trying to trial Lightroom but the files will not extract.

Photoshop CC works fine but I can not download Lightroom, please can you help with this?

I am using the Creative Cloud app downloader, it gets to 40% then just says it can not extract the files.
