Isokiller to confirm when you try to run the uninstaller you receive an error regarding the missing MSI file?  If this is the case then please attempt to use the Microsoft FixIt tool available at http://support.microsoft.com/mats/program_install_and_uninstall/en-us to remove the entry for Photoshop Lightroom.

Once this is done you should be able to overwrite the existing files by reinstalling as Kglad as has suggested.

i don't think your computer is 64 bit.  if that's true, you can't use lightroom 5, http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-lightroom/tech-specs.html

I am sure my version of windows 7 is 64bit. I had used the lightroom version 5.2 64bit before. I had deleted adobe_lightroom_x64.msi of version 5.2 to save my harddisk space. When adobe upgrade the Lightroom via the creative cloud. Problem comes! It generate the error I had listed.

re-install lightroom to replace any files you deleted.

if you are unable to re-install lightroom, uninstall it first and then re-install it.
