Lightroom not dowloading - being told my Windows not compatible, but it is the lateset version

When trying to download Lightroom, I'm being told to complete the install , I have to update my Operating System to Windows 11 (version 21H2 or later). My operating system is Windows 11, version 23H2. How can I fix this?

 A Windows re-boot and replacing set-up files has fixed this. Thank you for your help

don't use the opera browser for your default browser, at least when trying to download anything from adobe.  also:

Sadly not - I tried downloading through Microsoft Edge and am getting the same issue. Time to try Firefox

I dont have IE but Edge is Version 132.0.2957.140 (Official build) (64-bit) - i.e. up to date
