Is it possible to use Lightroom for Mobile on a chromebook? 

I can't download my photo's to my drive. Is there any solution for this?

No and no.  Lighroom Mobile is for smartphones and tablets.

 

iOS

Lightroom for mobile supports any iPhone or iPad that runs iOS 11 or later. This includes: iPhone 5S (2013) and later, iPad Mini 2 (2013) and later, iPad Air 1 (2013) and later, and iPod Touch 6th Generation (2015).

 

Android

Lightroom for mobile supports phones running Android 5.x (Lollipop) and later.

Ensure that the Android phone on which you want to install Lightroom for mobile meets the following system requirements:

Minimum system requirements

  • Processor: Quad Core CPU with 1.5 GHz frequency and ARMv7 architecture
  • RAM: 1 GB
  • Internal storage: 8 GB
  • Android OS version: 5.x (Lollipop) and later 

Recommended system requirements

  • Processor: Quad Core CPU with 2.2 GHz frequency and ARMv8 architecture
  • RAM: 4 GB and above
  • Internal storage: 8 GB and above
  • Android OS version: 5.x (Lollipop) and later
