Lightroom, Photoshop and Camera Raw all not installing

I've been trying to update lightroom, photoshop and Camera Raw for 2 days and it keeps hanging at certain percentages (6% for Photoshop, 5% for Lightroom and 1% for Camera Raw).

I've chatted with a support tech and he didn't seem to be able to fix the problem either. Anybody else have this issue and know how to resolve it?

I'm running Windows 10 on my desktop if that helps.

confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

do you see both logos?

I tried that and it's fine .

I saw that same response in a different forum thread.

quit and then restart the cc app as administrator or give it admin rights and restart it.

The Camera Raw app is updated (appears to have updated on its own without me having to do anything special). However photoshop and lightroom are still hanging on 7% and 5% respectively when i try and update.

I tried to open CC as administrator and that didn't really change much. How do I give a program admin rights?

Fortunately the updates completed overnight last night. I'm not sure what caused the issue but it seemed to resolve itself.
