Lightroom Premium - Duplicate Purchase / Cannot Restore Purchase

I subscribed to Lightroom Premium about 2 months ago via Google Playstore.

But recently when I was using Lightroom Premium I got popups ' Duplicate Purchase - This subscription has already been purchased from the App Store with a different Adobe ID '. Or when I tried to restore purchase, I got something like "No purchase in my account".

From other posts in community, I think I log in with the wrong Adobe ID. But I don't think I got other account, could anybody help me to find it out or fix this problem? Btw, I even tried to log in with my google account, and it doesn't work, still got the same problem.

Hi kglad, thank you for reply.

Are you sure everything is all right with my Adobe ID? I am pretty sure that I subscribed via Google Playstore and I see the subscription is still active.

Hello @Deleted User

I saw your direct message to me, but I will reply here.

I am not in Adobe Support.  I work on the LR iOS team.  Still, I can see that the two accounts you mentioned to me have no subscription history.  You must have signed into Lightroom and subscribed with some other email address you did not mention to me.  I have no way to find the correct email ID for you.  Please try to remember what other email address or social sign in (Google, Facebook, Apple) you might have used to sign in.  Your current subscription is matched to your one paid account.  If you cannot remember your paid account login, maybe Adobe Support can help you cancel your current subscription so that you can start a new subscription with a current Lightroom account.  Maybe Adobe Support can even help you find your original paid Lightroom Adobe ID.

My recommendation is to contact Adobe Support to see what help they can provide.  Please visit https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, sign in, and then select the chat option.

that's a scammer.  ie, that's unrelated to adobe and a well-known scam email address.
