Lightroom says there's an update while Creative Cloud app says there isn't.

Lightroom 5 CC (PC Windows 8.1) pops up a window saying there is an update to Lightroom 5.  I click the Download button in this popup window and it takes me to webpage that says to close Lightroom and then click the Install button next to LIghtroom in the Creative Cloud app.  I close LR and open the Creative Cloud app but there is no "Install" button next to Lightroom CC. Instead, it says "Up to date".

Brent,

Since this Lightroom CC is a new product, it will not show as an update in the Adobe Application Manager. First try logging out of creative cloud and back in, and then press the install button that should now show up next to Lightroom in the Application manager.

Here's how to sign in and sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Let me know if that fixes your issue.

Hi pattie,

I've on my ligtroom descktop version an upgrade availabel, when I press download it goes to the adobe site.
I tryed to follow what you suggest, but I don't see in the upgrade list.
Any suggestions?

It sounds like yours is not part of creative cloud, right?

To update your software, please visit the Adobe Product Update page.
