Lightroom shows up as "up to date" in CC but with no option to open

So I subscribed to CC.

Downloaded PS and was able to open it with no problems.

Lightroom, however, only shows up as "up to date" and gives me no option to open!?

I previously had a free trial of LR 5 which is now prompting me to enter a licence because my trial has expired.

Help - I don't know PS and need LR to process photos for a client!
