Lightroom subscription is acting like a trial

Hi, I have problem with my LIghtroom, I dont know is this is proper place to ask, but I have no choice... I have to do my photos inmidietly... and cant find help...

I have information, that my develope module is blocked and I have to pay for my licence. But I have payed already, I have check my bank - everything is ok, I have my plan for a year and every month I pay for it.

Could you help me what is going on?
