Lightroom Update - Password Problems (Adobe ID PW vs Creative Cloud PW)

I like to update my Lightroom version. However every time I am asked for a (Creative Cloud) password (in a box under my name), which is not identical to my Adobe ID password (which gives me access to my account etc). Could anyone tell my how I can get this (Creative Cloud?) PW? Thanks very much.

That is NOT the CC password. It is the password for your username used on your computer, IE the one you use every time you start your computer.
