After downloading upgrade it would not open. Tried re-installing now creative cloud won't open either.

get your error number if it does end with 204 call the support at 800-833-6687 the Chat support will tell you the same

The Creative Cloud app is no longer on my desktop. The file is in the program file but will not open.

Since upgrading Lightroom recently, I cannot import RAW Files at all. It keeps saying Files not recognized even though they're RAW files and I've had Lightroom forever. I know it's the update that caused this and I'm none to happy with Adobe.
