Hi all!
I started a free Lightroom trial with my gmail account.
I then purchased the photography plan using my hotmail account.
When trying to link these it states that 'this account is already associated with another user'
Is there any way to link the two?
Thanks!

You will need to Sign Out from your Gmail account and Sign in with the email address you used to purchase the Photography plan subscription. Do that in the Creative Cloud Desktop app. The human bust icon at the top right.
You will need to continue to use that Hotmail account for any further access to the Adobe ID account you bought the subscription with.

There is not a way to Link 2 different Adobe ID accounts.
Once created it never expires and or is never deleted, that I know of. The only option is to NEVER Again use the account you haven't purchase the Photographers Plan subscription with.
Over the years I have used several email addresses with Adobe.
When purchasing the subscription I settled on my main Gmail account.

Hi !
Basically I edited hundreds of images in the trial version linked to my gmail, and obviously have none of these in my paid version linked to hotmail.
I guess a simple fix would just be to transfer all the images and forget the other account.

Your images are not LINKED to any Adobe ID. That is unless you are using the newer Cloud Centric version of LR.
Are you using LR CC or LR Classic CC.
Then the question is why on earth have you used 2 different email addresses with ONE computer program company.

You can download all the images with the Lightroom downloader and transfer them to the new ID :
