LOCKED CS3 is dead Problem of activation

I am using a new computer because my old one is very slow.

I am working at a book with Adobe Photoshop CS3 e Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Standard, which was fine with my the old computer until last week.

On my new computer I was able to reinstall Adobe Photoshop CS3 and Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Standard, which I bought with a licence and of which I still have the original packaging. 

When I open both programs on the new computer I am asked to “activate” them but I cannot do it through the internet (I am told that it is not possible) and the phone numbers I am given no longer answer (direct number 800 78 59 70;  +39 0269682673).

Can you please let me know what I can do.
