Adobe Creative Suite 4 Middle East version used to be developed and produced by www.winsoft.fr

Now, CS4 is an old version that neither Winsoft nor Adobe sell it as Winsoft contract with Adobe expired few years ago. Try contacting the vendor in your region, they may have stock CDs.
