I need old versions ME ( Those versions release in 2000 to 2002)

Adobe did not distribute most old ME editions and they were not, I think, downloadable.

i found that Adobe authorized Winsoft to sell middle east version is it true and if it is how to download them
i need all the above versions

They were not downloadable. And are not sold Today. Winsoft I think no longer have the rights. Good luck, you have a difficult challenge.
