looking for stock template previously used

I used a template for a poster a year ago and have been asked to do another project using the same tamplate, but I can't locate it again. Can anyone help me please??? I have attached it to this in hopes someone might recognize it. I know it was from Spark, but other than that every other info I have tried using to search for it have come up with nothing. Thanks very much for any assistance
