I recently purchased an Acrobat DC boxed version from CDW (receipt below). Somehow, the packaging was thrown away and i cannot find the serial numbers. Can you help me get serial numbers so I didn't waste $388.69?

    Hi,

Please refer to the help document below:

    Find your serial number quickly

In case of the volume license product, please refer: Adobe Licensing Website | Serial numbers | Orders | Accounts

    Regards,

Thank you, Sheena. I visited that page before I posted. Unless I am missing something, it does not help me. My situation is, I think, "a product box" in the matrix from that page (see below). I have the disc sleeve, but it does not have the serial number on it. Somehow the box was thrown away. I hate to think i have wasted $390, I hope there is a solution.

    A product box

Depending on the product, your code may be on the disc sleeve (serial number), on an insert card (redemption code), or on the product box.

If you have a redemption code, you must convert it to a serial number. Go to Redeem your purchase. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password, enter your redemption code, and follow the onscreen instructions.

For detailed instructions, see “Convert your redemption code to a serial number” inRedemption code help.

There is no way for anyone here, or at Adobe as far as I know, to provide a serial number for a box purchased from a vendor

I think you will need to contact the vendor to see if you can do a return and get a refund
