Lost program

Hi  I had a computer failure and lost all my programs including Lightroom 6.. I bought this direct from Adobe in 2018 and although it shows up in my account but I can't find a way of installing it on my new computer..

and use your serial number to activate.

follow the directions (esp, step 1)

save the install file. it won't remain online.

"Save the install file" does not mean on your computer... since you've already found out what happens when a computer fails

Copy the install file (and a text file with your serial number) to AT LEAST ONE usb flash drive or an external hard drive or write to a CD
