History:
2015 Jly: Upgraded to Lr6 on Win7 desktop PC and on Win7 laptop PC but this only used on holiday
2015 Sep: catastrophic demise of desktop PC, replaced with Win10 desktop PC. Lr6 perfectly OK.
2015 Dec: Win10 laptop replaces old laptop. Lr not deactivated.
2016 Apr: Lr6 on new laptop, OK on holiday but 30-day limit warning. Forgot to do anything about this upon return.
2016 Jun: Laptop on holiday again, Lr6 30-day limit appears to have restarted!
Now:
Attempts to deactivate Lr6 on old laptop fail as Lr6 will not start up at all - gets to splash screen and freezes "not responding"
The activate option is not apparent under the Help tab on the new laptop.
On Adobe website the 24/7 Chat option is always Closed and telephone support is not available with my Lr6, so I’m turning to this forum for best advice:
How can I activate Lr6 on the new laptop?
I think you will need to contact Adobe directly by using the Chat system from the Support link on the Adobe home page.
