How do I solve the formating issue of Mac OS Extended (Journaled) not allowing me to download Creative Suite products?

Martin Dedman you will need to reformat your drive so that it is no longer in a case sensitive format.  You can find more details at Error "Case-sensitive drives not supported" or similar install error | Mac OS - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-case-sensitive-drives-supported.html.

Many thanks for your prompt response. I was afraid that might be the case, but that is quite a drastic solution. I'll have to give it some thought - the drive has so much history on it.
