I have a Mac with OS X Yosemite and when I open 'Downloads' and click PhSp_CS2_Ret.dmg and then click on Install Adobe Photoshop CS2 and start the installation it stops and says: "The installation failed. The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance." I have tried installing it multiple times. It won't work. What should I do?

CS2 will not install on modern Macs such as yours with Intel processors running Yosemite (OS X 10.10).

CS2 is a PowerPC app designed to run on PowerPC processors. It's not compatible with Intel processors.

The last version of OS X capable of running CS2 was OS X 10.6.
