MacBook Pro Touch Bar Illustrator Tools issues

Hello,

 

I have an issue with resetting my MacBook touch bar to show Photoshop and Illustrator tools (apps from Adobe Creative Cloud) when the apps are open. Currently, all I see are the F keys. This issue is only occurring in Adobe apps. All other Mac apps and even Spotify seem to display the appropriate tools for the given app.

 

Can anyone help explain or share a link to how to reset the touch specifically for Illustrator and Photoshop apps?

So I solved the issue by showing the tools, but now the ESC key in missing for the touch bar. Is there an option to add the esc key to the touch bar for all adobe apps?
