MacOS Installer does not work (macOS Monterey 12.01

Hi,

I just signed up for Adobe Photoshop and wanted to download the desctop app on my MacBook.

After downloading the desctop app and double-clicking on the icon for installation nothing happens.

 

Any ideas what is going wrong?

I am using a MacBook Air M1 with macOS Monterey (12.01) installed.

 

Thanks for any advice.

Default, is any other Adobe software installed on the MacBook Air?  Were you following the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html when beginning the installation for Photoshop CC?

hello, I have th exact same problem And nothing seems to work, Ive deleted all adobe software from the computer and now no dmg installation file lauches. Creative cloud desktop app installation won't lauche nor photoshop or other sofware installation. please help I got work to do

I'd suggest rebooting the computer, dismount the dmg files, download the dmg to the desktop using alternative links from the bottom of the article here and try again: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
