Master Collection will not open due to: The file archive part of Adobe CS6 Master Collection is miss

Hi All,

I have downloaded from my account the exe and 7z file however I ger an error stating 'the file archive part of Adobe CS6 Master Collection is missing. You need all parts in the same folder to extract Adobe CS6 Master Collection. Please download all files (2) to a folder in C drive program files

My computer runs on Windows 10 64bit so I enabled 32 software.

Do you have any suggestions for me? I have wasted hours on this!

Two ideas that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10 (and MAYBE Windows 11 ?)
-RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window
-and/or select Run as Administrator to assign FULL Windows permissions

Sounds like the .7z file is partially downloaded or corrupted. Try re-downloading to the same folder on your local hard drive as the .exe file.

The double click the .exe file and follow the prompts.
