What are people in other countries supposed to do to purchase Photoshop and other programs now that its a subscription service.

I'm getting frustrated because I like Adobe products but I can't purchase any new programs now because it says I can't subscribe from my country.

What country is that? Are you perhaps trying to subscribe on the USA website? You will have to go to the Adobe website in your own country.
