Merge Accounts

I have ended up with two abobe accounts, one contains my plan, the other has an extension I bought. I want to merge them.

 

I have been on the Adobe site now for 25 minutes trying to find an email address or some direct form of contact where I can request this, but nothing appears. 

 

 

Can anyone give me a clue as to how I can actually speak to Adobe?
