Missing apps from my computer.

My application manager shows all my apps are installed but they are not on my computer.  I'm unable to access some of my apps, like Muse.  What is going on? Any, can someone help?? 

I have Adobe Cloud and I bought into that because I'd have access to all the apps on my computer.  Also yes my account is up to date.

Did you were had the CS6 applications installed on your computer ?

What is your Operating system ?

You can run the cleaner tool to clear the ramanent part of the CS6 software.
