Missing file in download of CS6

Hello all,

My charity has purchased 2 copies of CS6, which we would like to move to two new computers.

I downloaded Creative Suite 6 Design and Web Prem, went to install and was told there was a file missing and to run Adobe Support Advisor, which seems to have been discontinued by Adobe. I've tried again and this is still the case.

Does anyone have any solutions as to how we can overcome this issue so we can use our software on our new Macs?

Many thanks

Hi Timl38341114,

As you have mentioned you are unable to install CS6 on the new machines, could you please let us know if you are downloading the CS6 apps from the following link: Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications?

Turn off system firewall, antivirus, internet security software's installed on your machine before downloading and installing.

Let us know if this helps.
