'missing msvcp120.dll

After latest updates none of the CC apps works; Bridge -Photoshop. I get the error 'missing msvcp120.dll !! -any good ideas please??

Thanks, but I have tried solution 2 -don't help. Should I try to uninstall / reinstall the whole CC ??
