Modifica ID con nuovo indirizzo mail

Buongiorno, nell'anno 2014 abbiamo comprato Photoshop Element per nostra ditta. Nel 2018 siamo passati a nuovo PROVIDER quindi la vecchia mail è stata cancellata. Vorremmo cambiare ID per poter entrare nel nostro ACCOUNT in ADOBE come dobbiamo fare se non riusciamo ad entrare e quindi vedere ilo nostro profilo? Grazie.

You should be able to update your primary email address in your Adobe profile: https://account.adobe.com/profile

 

As long as you have the information originally used to create and access your profile, there shouldn't be an issue.

Ok la risposta è corretta per quanto riguarda il mio personale profilo, con nome soggetto Manuela.

Il secondo profilo utente è legato alla ditta Falegnameria Bruno s.nc. che aveva come ID [email removed by Moderator] che è stato cancellato e quindi non è più riconoscibile dal vostro ADOBE PROFILE.

Come devo fare per accedere al profilo BRUNO FALEGNAMERIA o potete per favore cambiare l'ID perché non più ACCESSIBILE da mio cumputer? Se volete il n. ordine è #AD005630641IT

Inoltre quando cerco di accedere con [email removed by Moderator] mi da questo errore 521e5fdb-15cd-4e58-9579-808aa7d9b35e. E se cerco di modificare la password NON POSSO RICEVERE LA MAIL PERCHE' ME LA INVIA SU brunofal@tiscali.it che ormai NON ESISTE PIù.
