Modification formule creative cloud

Bonjour,

 

Abonné au Creative Cloud depuis Août 2018 sur la formule Photographie à 23.99€/mois je souhaiterais modifier celle-ci pour la baisser à 11.99€/mois. 

 

Est-ce possible ?

Comment cela se fait-il que Adobe m'ait réengagé sans mon accord ? 

 

Je souhaite seulement m'orienter sur l'abonnement de 11.99€/mois au lieu de l'actuelle
