Will moving to new address and new IP address affect my CC subscription?

That can depend on the extent of the move.  If you are remaining in the same country then there should be no impact.  IP address is not a dependency for your subscription.

Even if you move out of the country, it does not affect your subscription. I'm doing that quite often. The only thing that matters is your country of origin and the credit card country. Those need to match.
