msconfig.exe->startup: disable Adobe CS Serv Mgr and Adobe Updater Startup Utility

Can I safely untag

Adobe CS6 Service Manager

and

Adobe Updater Startup Utility

in the Startup panel under Windows 7 -> MSConfig.exe ??

I am trying to figure out why my pc freezes.

Everything is okay, no eventlog errors, temperatures, drivers, whatever ...

I already disabled startup things and now want to do this for Adobe as well.
