What OS are you using? What Adobe application is making this message appear, and when does it happen? Do you have 3rd party plug-ins installed?

This error has appeared quite a lot lately.

Could be related to the recent failed Google Nik plugin auto-update

If so, the solution there is to re-download the Nik plugin and reinstall.

I have the same problem.  My C: drive crashed and I had to replace it with a brand new hard drive.  When I installed my most recent back up on the new C: drive I got the error message "msvcp110.dll not installed"  i'm running Windows 7 Pro with an Intel Core i7-2600K cpu@3.40GHz.
