Can I install Photoshop on two home computers under the same license?

    yes.

    your single user license allows you to install and activate ps (and all other adobe products) on (up to) two computers concurrently.  they can only be used by the license holder (you) and they cannot be both be used at any one moment.

    so when I put my ps on my other computer I use my same log in?

    That is correct. Once the 2 licenses with the instalation CD have been used that it. You will need to buy another license on adobe.
