My adobe paymeant is still pending??

I dont really understand whats going on and I didn't realise it was still pending in till I checked my paypal account and I have the money so Im not really sure what the issue is as to why it seems to be taking so long. Like Its been over a month and its just weird because I can use Photoshop cc just fine but for some reason i cant pay the month? And Im worried that if this keeps up will it just keep charging me? Or because its pending it wont charge me at all? Here's an image has to what Im talking about.

I just want to get it fixed with out worrying about it and Im hoping someone will help me on here.

I see you have an active Adobe account under the same Adobe ID as with forums.There is any issue with payment against Paypal.

Kindly get in touch with Paypal to get this resolved.
