my ae won't install

I've tried multiple times re installing ae, but it keeps saying its damaged, I've looked and tried everything and it won't work, I've had it for months but it suddenly stopped working. !

Hi Michaelakaply,

As you have mentioned you are unable to install Adobe After Effects on your machine as it fails with an error message, kindly let us know which version of Adobe After Effects it is?

If you are trying to install CC version of the app, then please make sure you are following the steps given here to download and install it: Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps.

If your Creative Cloud desktop app is not working the follow the troubleshooting given under 'Solution 3' of the following help document: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app"

Thanks for the reply Michaelakaply, did you try the steps I have shared above and did they help resolve the issue for you?
