Please help Adobe! i've only got 86 days remaining, and those are going to tick by fast! I've tried every solution suggested online, but to no avail! I want to continue using Adobe CC, and I've done everything I can in order to do so! PLEASE HELP!

This is not Adobe tech support.  It's a public user-to--user forum.  If you have an Enterprise account, you must reach out to your IT dept.  If they cannot sort it out, they have an Adobe rep to contact during normal business hours.

Nancy, I appreciate your reply. This is Adobe's official forum. Are you telling me I can't ask for help from one of their experts? I apologize if that's not the case.

This isn't an IT thing. I have access. Adobe.com tells me I have access. When I go online the online account matches the Creative Cloud desktop app in identifying which apps I have installed, so they are talking to each other. However, when i boot these up I get errors saying it's expired. This is a bug.

My subscription is active, i checked my account just to verify

i updated After Effects, and STILL got that message. I've also signed in and out of the Creative Cloud app.

What else can i try?
