my creative cloud download error

photoshop is success download but file locked? do not have the necessary access rights? error box.

photoshop used Administrator rights.

i use window10 , my computer network so good.

i'm not downloading adobe apps in creative cloud.

i have Genuine plan.

i wanna illustrator and indesign download.

do you have a subscription?

if so, install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
