My CS 5.5 Design Standard doesn't work in OSX Catalina

Just got a new Mac with Catalin and all of the sudden I can't use my Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard. Is there a x64 version of CS 5.5?

Why? Adobe did nothing to make your legacy CS software stop working. You did that yourself when you upgraded to Apple's latest OS without checking compatibility first. A simple Google search is all it takes.

So now that the damage is done, you can revert to your old OS and never upgrade again. Or you can get modern software that's compatible with Catalina and higher. Your choice.

How can you say that, when Apple started warning users about 3 years ago?

I honestly didn't know that. My main frustration is with Adobe. I bought a license of CS 5.5, never wanted or needed the upgrades. I use Photoshop, Indesign and occasionally Illustrator. Now I would need to pay about 850 a year to be able to use that? I use these programs daily, but still, that's too much.
