Nov 2, 2016...its still happening. I even have the reseller involved and all they can do is offer me a 15% discount on a new serial number. Why would I do that when Adobe just 'revokes' it???? Has there been a class action suit started? I'm in Canada.
Roxanne Martin if you were sold a serial number which expires, but were told that it would not, then I would recommend verifying that it is expiring with our support team. If you were provided an expiring serial number then please work directly with your reseller. It is likely they provided a reduced cost for the software for a non-perpetual version.
If you would like to purchase a non-expiring version of Creative Suite 6 I would recommend purchasing from Adobe directly or contacting a authoriz

Branching to a new discussion.
Roxanne Martin I am sorry you are facing difficulties with your Creative Suite 6 serial number. You can verify that you are utilizing your registered serial number by viewing your serial number at http://www.adobe.com/. For complete details on how to locate your serial number see Find your serial number.
I did review the account, associated with the e-mail address you used to post to this forum, and I did not see any serial numbers registered under that address.
If you are concerned that you purchased a Creative Suite 6 serial number with an expiration date then please contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care. The serial number can be reviewed and verified that it is a perpetual serial number as opposed to a serial number that is set to expire.
If you continue to face any difficulties you are welcome to update this discussion.

Roxanne Martin I reviewed both of the serial numbers you provided. The Production Premium and Design Web Premium serial numbers are both volume license serial numbers that were not designed for individual sale. It is due to the violation in this agreement that the serial numbers provided to that company, and then resold to you and other individuals, were invalidated.
It is very concerning that even though you purchased Master Collection CS6 you were instead provided a serial number Production Premium and Design and Web Premium CS6. When an individual purchases Master Collection CS6 they are given a Master Collection serial number. There is no need for two separate serial numbers to install Master Collection CS6.
Since you did not purchase Master Collection CS6 from Adobe directly you will want to work with the company who you provided your money too if you would like a refund.
I am sorry that you are facing this difficulty with your purchase. You can find details in post #3 in this discussion which you can utilize to help ensure you are provided genuine Adobe software in the future when you make a purchase.
