My Photoshop CS6 Key do not work anymore

Hello,

a few years ago I bought a CS6 Key for Photoshop from a university. I activate the key online and download Photoshop. Everything works finde, but now I realise that the key is not in "My Products" anymore. And the key do not work anymore, if I want to activate it. But I have the normal Photoshop 6 version on my PC and can use it and can also navigate to My Adobe in Firefox, if I click Help.

It is a CS6 Extended version.

I hope someone can help me.

As you are not able to locate the serial number for Adobe CS6 i would recommend you to kindly refer to the following link for the same: Find your serial number.

Hello Bani V.

No that is not my problem. I have the serial number, I locate it in de application file in the Photoshop folder.

My problem is, that Photoshop is not in my Adobe product list online and I cant activate the key online. So I can not download and install Photoshop on my new notebook. (www.adobe.com/products here I only have Premiere Elements.. But Photoshop Cs6 Extended is not there.)
