I thought the program installed properly but before I even got to learn how to use it, it has stopped working properly. The organizer won't open directly. I can sometimes access it through the editing screen. When it does open there are whole sections that do not have pictures but an hour glass symbol in the box. You can click on the box and a picture will appear. However you can't view the thumbprint size to see what you might want to open. As well it frequently stops working without an explanation appearing. I want to know if I can install it again on my computer and if I do, is it necessary to uninstall it first.
