This is of no use. After waiting over 30 minutes on the chat line and explaining the situation, the rep confirmed my serial number was revoked and signed off without giving me a chance to respond. Back to square one.
I registered the product when I bought it and have been using it for four years. Suddenly it is revoked, with no explanation. ABSURD!
Adobe's way to get more money. I bought a legitimate license and should not be forced into a subscription. Besides I cannot always connect to the internet when I need to use this program.
How about all of these complaints get together and file a class action suit.

Seriously, if the license was accepted when I first registered it in 2013, and it was subsequently accepted during reloads for computer hardware changes, and an operating system change, and I have been receiving update notices and updates for four years, why would I think it or suspect it is not legit.
thanks for you response. The bottom line is Adobe is not going to help anyone with this problem, they will not even enter into a dialogue.

i didn't say you would suspect otherwise. i just wondered if you'd purchased from adobe.com or an authorized reseller.
