   j'ai publié mon site de photographies (prenomnom.myportfoilio.com) mais on n'y accède pas quand on cherche sur Google, même en tapant le nom complet du site. 

Pourquoi? Que faire?

  I published my photographies site( surnamename.myportfolio.com) but it's unpossible to get to it  on Google, even when typing le entire and correct name of my site.

Does your site contain plenty of keyword rich content for people to search for?

How long ago did you publish your site?  It sometimes takes weeks or months for Google and other search engines to notice new sites.

In the meantime,  you can buy targeted Keyword Ads to help you get noticed on search results pages.
