Navigation Bar to Remove Static (Adobe Portfolio)

New Here ,
Jun 12, 2019 Jun 12, 2019

Is there a way to keep the navigation bar static (not refresh) as the user navigates between pages/galleries?
I am using the theme Marta which the navigation bar is fixed as user scrolls down the page and I want it to stay fix as I move to another page/gallery.
Thanks!

No.  Each page is a different URL.

Portfolio is not a PWA (progressive web application)
